Melbourne Swim Classic has been featured in a diverse range of media outlets inclusive of the Herald Sun, 774 ABC Radio, The Age, the Sunday Herald Sun, the Sydney Morning Herald, Caulfield Glen Eira Leader, St Kilda News, Ocean Swims, WA Today, Couturing, Brisbane Times, The Urban List, Weekend Notes, Canberra Times, Channel 31 and the Warrnambool Standard and to date has raised over $58,000 for various charities and swimming organisations.
