$20 cash for swimmers
Registration 7:30-8:15AM at starting point
Swim starts 9AM Pronto!
Kayak and SUP the course while helping the swimmers
Hot drinks and nibbles will be provided for all post-swim/paddle
Shared Lunch – bring a plate if you want to mix and mingle with everyone
we will have someone available to mind kids – so bring the fam bam!

Make your own car pool arrangements. Recommend parking at finish point initially and carpooling to start. Post on the site if you need a lift – someone will help.
Please bring lots of warm cloths and slip slop slap!!
Contingency swim course exits if too dangerous

Thank you for supporting Special Olympics NZ (Tamaki Club) by participating in our events as a swimmer. Special Olympics Tamaki coaches 7 special needs swimmers from ages 8 to 48 years, at Panmure Lagoon Pool every Sunday.

Briefing is at the swim start location. Make your way to the Moonhouse/Spaceship/Flying Saucer to meet me and the crew.

Swim time 9AM, pronto! – for a nice fast tide assisted swim among the mint limestone eroded treasures…

We are swimming with dead low tide in 2016 so beware of sharp rocks – recommend wearing gloves. This will gives swimmers more time to cruise between rocks and checkout the sight before the tide changes.
